The first week in June 2016 a request was made to the Pittwater office of Rob Stokes MP for Pittwater on behalf of a concerned Mona Vale community to discuss Transport for NSW proposal to demolish Mona Vale Scout Hall, Mona Vale Guide Hall and Mona Vale Tennis Club for a gain of only 75 extra B-Line car parking spaces for commuters.
Also of concern is the Transport for NSW proposal will take away 39 existing 4 hour casual parking spaces in Beeby Park in Mona Vale and give them over to commuters for all day parking. The community looses out commuters win.
Rob Stokes MP has refused the request and 2 more follow up requests to have this meeting. What sort of Member do we have in Pittwater who does this?
The following is a submission that was given to Mr. Stokes outlining many concerns that were to be discussed in the meeting.

ROB STOKES said he would resign if there was one Council for the Northern Beaches. We are still waiting for Mr Stokes to honor this pledge.
